I cant seem to find the one shot I'm looking for so if anyone can help, much appreciated!

The girl goes to a video/rental store everyday and grows to like a worker there and finds out he cleans up his look because of the manager (wears glasses at work) but after work he rides a motorbike and takes off his glasses and has piercings? Later there's a misunderstanding, she stops visiting and then her sister says the whole family is going to the store (where the guy she likes works) to rent movies and asks if she wants to come. She goes with her family, sees the guy she likes and he disappears into the "adult section" and she follows and they confess to each other and it ends with the dad calling out her name but they both stay in that section.

It's from Hyakujuu no Ou ni Tsugu!. There's a sidestory oneshot (chapter 4) for that series.
