What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a yaoi manga where there's an uptight male lead (black hair?) who breaks his glasses and a good-looking man helps guide him home to grab his back-up pair because he is blind without his glasses. I think they both work in an office together, it's a moderately new manga. One-shot?
