I'm looking for some series that have a relationship like this:
"Adult or adult-like person taking care of and protecting a DUMB hopeless teenager."

Something fluffy would do. Shounen-ai is OK, but no Yuri or ecchi. Romance would be nice.
The hopeless person shouldn't be younger than 12, nor older than 19. Hopelessness should be that they literally don't know how to take care of themselves (dressing, cleaning, cooking, eating, etc).

Examples:
Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge
Kore wa Koi no Hanashi
Isshuukan Friends. (the heroine's friend is hopeless and herself asks to be taken care of)
Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

Not so good examples, because the person needing care are kids:
LOVE SO LIFE
Gakuen Babysitters
Usagi Drop
