I think an office worker with coworkers and client goes for an after party. The client started to grope or make one of the coworkers uncomfortable. Now if the coworkers would stop him. But main character did.

Next day, he thought he was fired for upsetting client but he wasn't.

I think that's all I remember.

You sure it was the main character who was the office worker? This sounds very like one of the chapters of Seigi no Mikata, but then it's the sister who's the office worker who "stands up" against abuse all the time.

This is not sure about.
The person (coworker) he stood up was the daughter of a company executive. (Hopefully, I haven't read so much that I am confusing it from a scene from salaryman kintaro, but I am sure he doesn't have a kid and is like a new employee, no experience, not a strong guy)

The next day his manager calls him in. (I can't remember much after that, other than the fear of getting fired for breaking the bad office norm)

This happens in first chapter.
