I want Nunnally to stay dead so that Lulu can go psycho crazy on everybody. Hopefully with a little mass murder all done by the Black Knight, after he geass'd all of them to do so.

I just saw episode 18 earlier today and I was completely devastated.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
I absolutely refused to believe that Nunnally is dead. I later learned that there is still hope since sunrise hasn't labeled her as dead in the character chart. It's just says that her whereabouts are unknown. Live on Nunnally!

But she's so incredibly useless. -.-'... Has she -ever- done anything productive?

co-sign....i really hope she dies, but then again.....i predict lelouch will act incredibly gay aslong as he beleives she's dead...so maybe it's best for her to stay alive

Well we never found out if it was really destroyed you know. That was mroe like a suck in kind of thing. I mean mass can not be destroyed. It doesn't jsut disappear.

Yes matter doesn't disappear (even in nuclear reactions). Law of conservation of mass still stands today (for now...). When you split the atom, matter isn't destroyed. It is however converted into energy.

Even when you collide matter with antimatter and "annihilate" them both, technically all you are really doing is converting matter into energy in the form of heat and light. Energy can of course be converted back into matter in high-energy particle accelerator collisions (for one example).

From what I gather FLEIA is some sort of antimatter bomb, that when used changes the matter around it into energy (the pretty purple lights I guess?). Still it is a fictional weapon which allows it to break a few laws.

Anyway, I suppose it is possible that weapon only teleported every1 into the Geass World or something, but it would be highly unlikely IMO that anyone within the blast zone will come back (at least this season) unless Nunaly was never inside the blast.

Edit: So, rest easy fellow Nunaly haters.

I don't think he meant it that way.
Being useful to the plot has nothing to do with being disabled or being physically fit...
For example Lelouch is borderline physically crippled (when compared to some of the other characters) but that doesn't mean he is useless...
Plus, whats the point of dissing disabled fictional people?
Drawings don't have feelings anyway, so I doubt Nunaly would mind.

its not even about Lelouch vs his dad anymore, its Lloyd vs Rakshata. its funny Suzaku got sonned by karen and Lelouch can just sit in the same spot firing his cannon and that contributes alot to the war effort.

It might sound a bit gay but hear me out.

What if Nunnaly never was Lelouch real sister ? What if Anya is Lelouch real sister and her memory was manipulated with ?

The whole mystery about whom was Marianne in this whole masquarade is still uncovered.

I've actually been saying something similar to this for a long time. I do think that Anya is Lelouch's sister, or at least half-sister (on Marianne's side). It makes for a probable theory, and is further supported by her KMF's symbolism (Mordred was Gawain's half-brother). However, Nunnally not being his sister is extremely unlikely. Her personality wouldn't make sense if she's an existence akin to Rolo. It's more likely that Anya knew something about Marianne's death (the only real mystery remaining other than what she is) and was separated from the two of them because of it. That same theory also has room for her being just some orphan Marianne took in.

First of all, how could emperor use his geass on Nunnally. She is technically blind. smile

Her disorder is purely psychological. The signal just gets interfered with somewhere along the way, her eyes are perfectly fine from a physiological standpoint.

But the Emperor's geass only needs to hit Anya for that to work anyway. Apparently there's a mass memory alteration for everyone he wants to affect- he didn't individually hit every member of Ashford Academy who knew Nunnally, after all.

EDIT: Updated for TURN 19. Spoilers for summary + new predictions.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
-Starts out with Monica (KoR 12, for those who don't know) speaking with the Emperor instead of a monologue. Then Lelouch freaking out and demanding Toudou order everyone to search for Nunnally. There's also a crazy Nina face.
-Lelouch freaks on Rolo, saying he hates him and that he meant to give Nunnally the locket. He orders him to leave the room, and not to see him again.
-Schneizel visits the Ikaruga. He meets with Toudou, Tamaki, and Diethard, and reveals Lelouch's identity and the existence of Geass, calling Zero's miracles "fakes". Ougi says that it's true, with Viletta in tow.
-Anya and Milly both apparently lived.
-Orange says that he and Suzaku were destined to become enemies, and returns to searching for Nunnally.
-Kallen assumes that CC and Lelouch are playing some sort of game when she calls him "master".
-After she discovers that CC is no longer there, and that he's lost Nunnally, she opens up a bit.
-Nina talks to Lloyd about how she "killed everyone". Lloyd tells her that to remain a scientist she must distance herself from her work. When Nina asks him how he does it, he says he was "broken from the beginning". It looks like we'll actually find out what happened between Lloyd and Lhakshata.
-Toudou and the others betray Zero to regain Japan. Diethard says that his broadcast is over.
-Lelouch says everything he did was for the sake of his game.
-Lelouch pretends not to care about Kallen, and then quietly asks her to live. She changes her mind about joining the betrayers, but it's too late.
-Rolo uses the Shinkirou to rescue Lelouch. Anya attempts to pursue him, but Rolo rapidly uses his Geass. Interestingly, she notices the "teleportation."
-Lelouch repeatedly insists he has nothing left to live for.
-Rolo overuses his Geass and dies from cardiac arrest, saying he knew that Lelouch is a liar, so he must have been lying about planning to kill them.
-Suzaku loses it and starts laughing maniacally.
-The Emperor plans to use Ragnarok to "bring forth a new world".
-Lelouch realizes that he's lost everything finally, but decides to live for a new purpose, swearing that he will drag his father "into the same hell as him."
End ep.

New predictions:
-Nunnally is dead. Really, Anya was her only logical escape route.
-Suzaku will begin to act borderline treasonous. Gino attempts to stop him, and is arrested in the process. Suzaku will also challenge the KoO to a duel in 21.
-Anya begins investigating Geass, or at least becomes curious about it.
-Kallen, Jeremiah, and CC leave the Black Knights to search for Lelouch.
-Lelouch goes to Kaminejima to hunt down the Emperor, and ends up in the middle of the Ragnarok Connection's activation, which will transport him for a second bout in the World of C.

EDIT 2: Normally I wouldn't do this, but the extended preview is particularly interesting this time.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
-The dialogue is basically Lelouch remarking on his relationship with Rolo, and saying that Rolo wasn't Lelouch vi Britannia's brother, but he was Lelouch Lamperouge's.
-Anya is apparently Geassed. With Rolo and Mao dead, and the Emperor's Geass already used on her, the only option is Lelouch, so I guess they'll have contact in the next episode.
-Shows Suzaku having a flashback.

Maybe I am just an emotional sap but I feel really sad for Rolo and do not hate him. Does anyone know the name of that haunting music in the background during the escape scene? It reminds me of "Stories" and "Masquerade"... they all make me really sad.

Er...

Spoiler (highlight to view)
You, know... I still kinda find it hard to believe Nunnaly's dead.... if that was the case, wouldn't they have given her a bit more closure this ep..... Hmmm.

Anywayz.... nice ep, this. Still feel Rollo got a much more honourable death than he deserved, but the scene where he used his 'pause' Geass while Lulu was speaking to him was pretty good, but the music was cheesy, IMO.... The scene with Kallen was a nice touch as well.... Surprised that Cornelia has lasted this long.... Schneizel was as gay as ever.... and it was nice seeing the onani-megane in some distress.

Oh... and Suzaku's obviously gone mad.... he'll probably form an emo band next. biggrin

It seems that all the collective shit has finally hit the fan for Lellouch/Suzaku.... anyway, I'm sure there'll be lots more MDK in the next few eps... it's Geass after all.

Ah curse them for making Rolo so pitiful.... I still hate him, but not i feel sorry for him and I have some respect for him

Sadly Nunnally is dead, this episode seals it for me... what with Lulu's final resolution to Charles at the end, if they bring her back it really would destroy the resolution in my mind, although Lulu earned some major Kallen points in this one lol

EDIT: Lulu needs Help, not a sister though although I agree Anya could very well be both

I actually felt a bit sad for Rolo. I never hated him to be honest I kind of liked him. He was the only one that was willing to stay by Lelouch's side at that moment and he went to great lengths in order to protect his "brother" (sound familiar?).

By the way the chart was updated.
Nunnally and Sayoko are officially dead.

o.O I think the thingy in the locket which was on the phone had a picture of Rolo, thats why Rolo stuck with him. Suzaku seems like... he's become psycho... I wanna see him join up with lelouch =P. I loved how the girl who created Fleia broke down I never liked her.
