Looking for a manga that i can't even remember if i read in chinese or english, but please do your best to help me, thanks.

Stuff that come to mind:

* A female with eyepatch that's a good sniper
* war in a town among a broader country context
* Somewhat 20th century european setting; resemble Spanish/Italian civil wa

The first one there is quite accurate but I just can't find it in with that eyepatch tag

Agree with Breizh has to be Groundless - Sekigan no Sogekihei, can't be Shiroi Majo cause Simo Hayha doesn't have an eyepatch; though that's another to check out if you wanna see a female sniper, it's 1 volume. (In reality Simo Hayha is male making it a gender bender though, just letting you know in advance.) Only 2 I know with female snipers that I can remember.
