As the summer draw closer, so does the Olympic game. it really hard not to notice with all the protest sh** going around try to steal the torch. What up that, what is their problem trying to steal the torch that doesn't belong to them (aka: protester)
This topic is about the Olympic game (NOT ABOUT Political Issue)
If you want to leave a comment about such thing then it leave like this by answer these question in this formal(*NO ONE SHOULD COMMENT/Reply ABOUT How people answer them if they answer them; unless it about the Olympic game ITSELF,I'm Serious about this--only comment/reply about the GAME Itself :
1.)DO You think people have right to protest during the preOlympic game/during the Olympic game about Political Issue about the Host country? (Y/N)
2.) If answer yes, What kind of protest would happen if the host country was USA or Russia? Would the World protest about the War in Iraq or try to give independent to Serbia?
3.) Do you agree with the way the people are protesting? (Y/N) Explain if needed
4.) How should you protest if you one of the protester? (don't need to answer)
5.) How should people react to the protester, for people who support the game but not necessary support some of the Political Issue of the host country because they don't want bring the Political Issue into the game which is stated in the Olympic charter?
6.) Should the protest stop? (Y/N) Why?
7.) Is the protester ruining the Olympic game/spirit? (Y/N)
8.) Do you think half the protester know where Tibet is on the map without looking online and such? (Opinion: Y/N)

[If you watch late night show, half of american can't even name/identify a STATE] [An example is from my high school history Teacher who once told the class a little story(true story) about a friend of his while teaching about world geography and stuff. well the story goes as this, his friend was in line buying ticket for a baseball game (i think, maybe fooball). i'm not sure if it season ticket or what not because i don't remeber too well because they need his address to mail him it. well anyway when he finally in front of the cashier and the cashier asks where he from, he answer New Mexico and the cashier say "i don't care if it new mexico or old mexico, it have a the STATE." They argue for while until the manger came and he also say"new mexico" is not a state. in the end my teacher's friend have to use one of his friends address in Arizona to get his ticket. moral to the story: People are stupid.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
anyway back to the main topic the Olympic.
i hope to see more people breaking more world record and stuff. that all i have say for now, i say stuff later about the Olympic.

3.) Do you agree with the way the people are protesting? (Y/N) Explain if needed
No, because the Olympics is about international cooperation.

7.) Is the protester ruining the Olympic game/spirit? (Y/N)
Yes, without a doubt.

I'm not sure what is right and what is wrong, but I feel that it's unnecessary to bring in politics into a peace-driven international event.

I'm not sharing my views on this, but I'd really find it funny if the torch was not just put out but destroyed on the way to Beijing. Although protest is common during the Olympics. Personally I hope more countries stay in the Olympics because I'm going to go see it this summer!

From what i heard on T.V confused
Is that for the acrobat thingy..lol I don't know much about this.
Is that from a young age the hard practices that they done to know give them some great advantages but because of the young age the bone in them may cause some bad affects. Would be horrible if it happen in the Olympic. So for health problems i say that may cause more of a disadvantage! eyes

Not the first protests against the Olympic torch (a tradition initiated by the Nazi regime for the 1936 Games), just remember that China is the Western media's whipping boy for now.
And yes, there probably would be demonstrations against a US/Russian Olympics.

i personally think protesting the olympics is stupid like what the hell is it going to do other then show that you disrespect the host country, is that better then going getting some golds and showing how awesome your country is. the only time you should even consider protesting is when its obvious that something like Munic might happen.

:/ For not wanting this topic to be about the political issues currently surrounding the games you sure did write a lot about how to talk about just that.

Anyway, sorry I'm not following your formula, I'll just say that while I can understand why people are angry, I don't think it should have anything to do with the Olympic Games. The whole point is to be able to forget about all that crap, even if only for a little while, and let everyone come together in the spirit of competition.

Anyway, I don't particularly like watching the games much. Maybe some of the boxing and the women's gymnastics isn't too bad ;)
