What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Bus stop romance - connected stories

Hi,
I'm trying to find this specific manga, can't remember the name.
It was a bunch of one-shots or short arcs, I think they were connected (for example, a secondary character in one of the stories becomes the main character in his own story).
I'm pretty sure all of them involved riding the bus, or other transport to school. Each couple either met when riding the bus, or confessed at the bus stop, things like that.
Probably shoujo, romance.
