I'm looking for a manga like Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken or Re:Monster where the main character/protagonist is overpowered and in charge of a clan/subordinate or a village like in Tensei.
it would also be better if the main character isn't an idiot who gets controlled by other and outsmarted or forgive the enemy really quickly and try to make friends with them/turn them into a good guy.

Thank you.
biggrin

Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu probably won't work, but still maybe, there isn't really enough out to say.
Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo Dorei Majutsu Overpowered, and has "subordinates" sort of, may not work though.
Maou no Hajimekata - The Comic Borderline H though

I already read Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo Dorei Majutsu and Maou no Hajimekata - The Comic, ill give the other one a try; it looks kind of interesting but there aren't that many chapters out yet ;(

also if anyone is interested, I think Aiki and Aiki-S although the mc doesn't take most of the fights seriously.

Tsuki is very similar, spirit migration is a little different.
Noblesse has an insanely OP MC, like One Punch Man but less comedic.
Red Storm might be along the lines of something you would be interested in, however he does have a training arc so there is that.
World customize creator definitely is along the lines of what you would like. If none of these interest you the hit me up. I'm at work now but I'll get back to you later.

Check these

The New Gate - Good one

Arifureta - This one has barely a couple of chapters but the web novel is entertaining enough

Gunota yadda yadda (damn name is too large but it is entertaining at least)

Mushoku Tensei It has some interesting premises

Tsuyokute New Saga You'll probably like this one

Death March Another entertaining read

Sekai no Owari Check this one if you liked the previous one

Tate no Yuusha - Anti hero, nice read read

(edit) Shiro no Koukoku - Another you may like

I read about half of noblesse but got tired of it since the chapters drag out for no reason at all and it feels like half of the chapters doesn't matter at all.
if you mean Tsuki Tsuki! then I have already read it, same for World customize creator.
I'll give Red Storm a try

Try making your reading lists public if you dont want others to waste effort suggesting manga that you've already read. Moving on to your demand for lame wish fulfilment manga, that have been rated good:

Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka?
E? Heibon Desu yo??
Ore to Kawazu-san no Isekai Hourouki

Re:Monster sucked so bad. What's with people liking this kind of crappy storyline? Overpowered people ruin the story and makes it seem like it's been written by a person with an elementary grade intelligence. For instance, in re:monster, the guy ate so many animals but it would have been cooler if he made those horses/unicorns (don't remember) his pets or something. What about the ecological balance anyway? Guess it's too much to expect reason out of these wish fulfilment stories cause it's gonna be read by half-literates anyway. It gives me shivers when I read premise like this. Makes me wonder how much must one hate their life to wanna read this stuff? sad no
