I'm looking for a yaoi manga where the uke is an introvert. He basically wants to sit in his room and play games or watch tv or something with a screen. His parents bring in his cousin in order to try to help the uke and his introvertedness. His cousin turns out to be a host. Other random things I remember: uke has longish hair, cousin was pretty possessive, there was a spin off?

I'm going crazy cause I can't find it. Please save meeeee.

It should be the couple that appears both in Koi o Suru nara Kono Machi de and Kizutsuite Romance =3
