I took a look at the site after so many years, since I stumbled upon a zip of this.
Yep, still there. Author was initially going to resume both of these series with the new chapter from the initial hiatus, but that didn't materialize. It appears that it was finally posted in January of this year ... and then had no other chapters.
Its sad, but I don't think Fujwara Satoru is physically capable of working on manga anymore.
