On the scanlation site "vexed scans" you can see that the title of the chapters says "Yandere Kanojo - 75 (END)"
And "Jokers" is also finished " according to the scanlator group " Here we go ladies and gentlemen, the final chapter of Yandere Kanojo's (JOKER) edition!"
Still on baka-updates you can see its "unfinished" tag for the scanlation; What is now correct? 😕
