What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Excuse me! I'm currently finding this manga but I can't find it easily. Here are its elements! confused

-Female here are dominant and more powerful than the males
-The protagonist is a male that became a princess
-The protagonist looks like a girl, though
-I think that the title has Ouji or Hime in it, maybe...?

If anyone knows this manga, please say! biggrin
