Hi bigrazz

I'm looking for a romance manga where the main male lead is overly affectionate with the main female lead.

Sorry for being so vague dead feel free to ask any questions





No yaoi, yuri, etc.

Here are some recommendations - some are guesses since I don't remember the specific details. Ones marked with double exclamation marks (!!) means that I'm pretty sure it fits pretty well to your request.

- !! Tian Jiang Xian Shu Nan (colored manhua) The fiancee is overly affectionate.
- !! Ouji ga Watashi o Akiramenai!, maybe? It's more like he's too naive in love biggrin ...
-Mizutama Honey Boy He cares about the girl a lot, but I'm not sure if he's overly affectionate.
- !! Usotsuki Lily This fits well.
- Beast Master... It's more of naivety in love, so he doesn't realize that he's being affectionate. I think? I forgot, sorry.

Seiten Kickoff: Not overly affectionate, but very affectionate nonetheless.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun: His heart's in the right place.
Youko x Boku SS: Aside from being overly affectionate, he's also a masochistic yandere.

Steel Rose - The girl is too tsundere and violent for my liking though. If my memory is correct, I actually started the "Overly Affectionate Male Lead" tag for the guy in this. Oh, Lulu!

Other ones that match your criteria:
Mamotte Agemasu + sequel Ubatte Agemasu - Stupid story, but oddly cute. Apparently there's also another sequel, but that one is not translated.
