What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

The second one is Midara na Ai o Choudai.
For the fist one, I'm not sure. I think it's just an art but I could be wrong.
