Any manga where the 2 leads like each other or are together, but the girl starts to develop feelings for someone else? Not to the point where she cheats on the male lead or anything, but it causes conflict in their relationship. Or if they aren't together, she starts dating the other guy, but in the end though, they reconcile and stay/end up together.

I'd also be okay if they are together, have a falling out, she develops & begins to date someone else before getting back together with the male lead.

Example: Ginen Shounen

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Matataki and Mirai love each other, but she sorta develops feelings for this other guy and begins to date him. In the end though, she gets with Matataki whom she truly loves.

All 4 major groups welcome (shounen, shoujo, seinen, josei)

Would prefer a male lead.

I'm fine if it's a combination with other genres. (action, adventure, etc)

I've been hunting for similar works myself. Only one in my current collection that really fits though is 12-sai. - Kokuhaku. There is an extended period of turmoil between the second main character Aoi Yui and her boyfriend Hiyama Kazuma due to a boy from Yui's cram school. The guy's a casual playboy who loves to flirt and hit on girls (and receives a very positive response), but Yui doesn't really know how to handle that sort of attention. She doesn't actually develop real feelings for him as far as I can tell, but she does suffer from a lot of turmoil because she honestly doesn't know how to handle his attention, all the more so when the guy actually declares he's seriously fallen in love. Even though her heart still belongs to Kazuma, her confusion and inability to properly resist his advances lead to a lot of conflict. Despite this, the two's hearts are truly bound to one another.

And none of it has been translated sadly. I thought maybe this would be something that you would see more of when I was trying to come up with a scenario to look for.

You might like these (most of them are not perfect fits, but I have a feeling you'll like some of them). Those with an asterisk (*) are highly recommended.

Ouke no Monshou - More like girl likes a boy in her world, but then she travels back in time and the King of Egypt is interested in her. She begins falling in love with him.

American Ghost Jack* - Boy is still in love with his ex (of course, the ex is already with another boy), but then he begins to take an interest in a new girl. Rather than conflict between lovers, it's more like the boy's inner conflict with himself on whom to choose.

Katakoi Triangle - Kind of fits, but not really (lol). A likes B, B likes C, C likes D, D likes A. The plot is like: unrequited love, moving on, new love interest.

Venus wa Kataomoi - More like: Both Girl and Boy 1 likes Boy 2, but somehow Girl and Boy 1 falls in love with each other.

Owatte miru no mo Warukunai - One shot. They don't like each other (it's one-sided), but you might like it, so maybe give it a try?

Suki Desu Suzuki-kun!!* - There are two couples here. It's a complicated love situation. Love polygon, but later on, there's also a love triangle inside the love polygon. Again, too complicated for me to explain here without spoiling everything biggrin .

Cherry Boy, That Girl* - Complicated love polygon that I can't explain in words without spoiling it. Somewhat fits but I have a feeling you'll like this (as long as you like/tolerate the female lead). Recommended if you like character growth and love polygons <3.

Others that fit:
- Moe Kare!!
- Hirunaka no Ryuusei*
- Dear My Girls, I think.
- Super Secret*. I think the plot will follow this path, but it's still ongoing.
- Tian Jiang Xian Shu Nan*. I think that the plot will follow this path, but I don't know since it's still ongoing.
- Bitou Lollipop, I think.
- Uwasa no Midori-kun!!, somewhat.
- Suijin no Ikenie. I think it will head that way, but I don't know for sure.
--------------

I am not really sure about what I just wrote, but I hope you'll find something worth reading!
