I'm going on a weekend trip with my friends so I'm looking for a short anime (each ep 2-5 mins) or an ova to download and watch on the way.
Something like I can't understand what my husband is saying, ketsuekigata-kun,5 cm per second, noblesse . . . . .

For short films, I recommend stuff from either Anime Mirai or the recent Japan Anima(tor) Expo. The former is around 30-40min each, if I remember correctly, while the latter is usually around 7min each.
For movies, if you haven't seen it already, I recommend Yasuhiro Yoshiura's excellent Time of Eve. This one's an hour and forty-five minutes though. You could also watch his earlier Pale Cocoon which is only the length of a typical anime episode (23min).

I can recommend Super Seisyun Brothers which is a pretty enjoyable slice-of-life story. It's 14 episodes long with each episode being around 4 minutes or so.
Also the first season of Yami Shibai has some pretty good stand-alone horror stories if you're into that. Avoid the second season though, it's pretty bad.
As for shorter movies there is Hotarubi no Mori e and Kotonoha no Niwa - which are both wonderful and around 45 min each.
