I find incest to be an interesting taboo to cover, but many times either they don't end up together for some stupid reason or it turns out they aren't actually related.
So can you suggest some? I'd like to see some with blood related brother/sister, sister/sister or cousins and they actually end up together in the end.
No straight up hentai (I know there's a lot of incest in that), but will take borderline H since those are just manga with more graphic sex scenes than normal.

I found the brother to be an annoying prick. I stopped reading when she bangs him because she smelled this shirt and thought it was him, but in reality it was her best friend who was in love with her. Of course while she's banging her brother, the best friend dies in a car accident. I stopped reading after that because of how fucking stupid it was.

Haha I didn't finish these two as well as it got pretty stupid. I recommended them as they met your requirements. For incest stuff, I'll just stick to hentai lol. At least most of the couples don't give a damn . I know you don't want hentai, but this particular one actually has a decent plot Miwaku no Tobira first story, if you ever want to check it out/if you haven't read it already.

I highly recommend Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga. Although only the first and last couple fit the criteria, the concept of the whole manga is pretty interesting. 
First couple are siblings, second is a guy and his friend's sister, third couple are two people who met at an MMORPG, and the fourth and last couple are cousins.

If you ask me I think some manga titles are so screwed up the incest pair actually seems like the only acceptable pair (forgot the name of the manga/anime it is a few years old and involve a big sister and a little brother. The brother was inherited powers of his father while sister did not get any because she was born in an unaffected area. It was a post apocalyptic world where ex-girlfriend of their father takes them in along with other kids with special powers after their mother died) while in others like Koi Kaze they should of waived off the incest relationship.

Lol I'm a little late but have some good suggestions for bro/sis serious incest manga:
True love- The epitome of bro-sis relationship! It's the whole plot but still manages to be super cute and fluffy. However it is not entirely innocent, but where's the fun in that if it was. Absolutely gorgeous shoujo drawing and the most adorable female lead. Ya just can't help but wanna hug her! Ongoing, recent releases .
Flowers of evil- it's TWINCEST!!! it's an absolutely beautifully written manga and is EXTREMELY dark. Like you have no idea how dark this shit is! It will really make you think in the end. Manhwa so different graphics than what your used too, but it fits the tone. Completed.
Lan chi- colored manhwa, and OH MY LORD is it gorgeous! It has a great plot and two charismatic brothers to chose from, although she is adopted. I have my bias brother too

Six half- at first it just seems like the the brother just has a complex and they won't get together. BUT YOU ARE WRONG! however it's still ongoing so we never know. But they for sure have a thing going on. Ongoing, recent releases.
Eden no Hana- omg this is incest to the max! It's beautifully written story about a boy who's trying to find his sister and finds her blah blah blah, don't remember much because I read it so long ago, but it sticks in my mind therefore it must've been good.completed.
Kingyo no fun- don't hate me for this. This only has 3 chapters translated (although it has 4 volumes) and it's really good. Your gonna be really mad that no other chapters have been translated. Sakurada Hina does one of my favorite art Sykes which makes it 10 times better. But give it a try. Don't hate me. Also I think she has some other short incest works, if you like her art style, check them out.
Others:
Liken junai D.N.A- some generic smut that some basic bitch already recommended to you probably.
Nocturne- it's father and adopted daughter but I HIGHLY recommend it too you.
Romantics clock-ongoing, but really cute!
