I don't remember much but the manga I'm looking for is definitely a yaoi and not shounen ai. The leads were together but the seme's family urged him to get married and so he asked the uke to become his mistress and he accepted. I know it's not much information but i'm hoping someone will help me out.

hmm tbh i'm not sure whether this is the right BL, but try to check Ouji to Joujin plus it's sequel Himegoto wa Ouji no Tashinami slightly similar to your description, though this one is the uke who's willing to be mistress as long the seme get married.

Thank you for suggesting these, however they are not the manga I am looking for. 
From what I remember, (I may be completely wrong) the couple was older and manlier. Also, I believe the uke was yearing a yukata. The seme informed his family that the uke will become his mistress from now on and that's pretty much what I remember...

This sounds really familiar. Can you remember the art? You mentioned tgat the characters were manly. Were they bara manly? Good looking but not bara manly? Pretty boy manly? I'll get back to you once I check my files.

No, it definitely wasn't bara or pretty boy manly. From what I remember (and I may be 100% wrong...
), the uke had black hair, had a good build (not the usual small and weak uke) and ugh... That's all I pretty much remember. I hope this helps.Yaoi Expert
