Okay, before I started out, I wanted to point out the genres that I didn't search for:

  • Yuri, Yaoi, Hentai, Harem, Gender Bender, Lolicon, Ecchi, Shotacon

I'm looking for romance (it's doesn't have to be romance, but if there's it would be good) or drama manga that has like,
f*cked up explicit sadism and violence in it (I know I may look contradicting myself here as I didn't ask for Yaoi yet I'm giving example of one, but I wanted to point out REAL violence as in Killing Stalking)
BDSM or bondage is acceptable.
and Smut action (wanted to point out that I don't want those kind of female in Hentai genres)

Please don't refer Nana to Kaoru. I've seen it and it's not my cup of tea.

Example of manga that by far has 'normal' character that is acceptable:
(by 'normal' I mean the female character isn't weak nor being slutty, or having giant unrealistic boobs or butts, etc. Tbh I'm don't really picky about the male character. He can be the one who's dominant or the female is, or he can be weak and so on)

  • Tosaku no Honey
  • Sadistic Beauty
  • S no Kaikoroku
  • Sakashima

Koibito Play might fit what you're talking about.

S Watari and M Mura more comedic than smutty tho
Satanic Sweet

Also if you're interested in a healthy, refreshing, down-to-earth take on sadomasochism, I recommend The Sensual M, again no smut so far
