I'm looking for a certain romance manga about a piano child prodigy who grew up and stopped playing. He stopped playing because he had cut his hands and physically couldn't play anymore. He doesn't tell anyone about this because he has a delinquent image.
I don't remember much about the female main lead, but I do remember a scene when the school was asking for someone to play piano in some sort of production and he wanted to do say he could play but another popular guy stepped forward to do it.

I'm not sure which manga your referring to but there is a manga titled "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
" which is very similar to your description just that the main character doesn't have a delinquent image.
