So basically I read this short story because someone had asked about it on this very site a while ago. (within the last two years)
I tried searching for it but I've had zero luck in finding it.
It's a psychological-ish type about this orphaned girl who goes to live with her uncle in the country side. He comes to pick her up in his car, (it was black) and they head back to this cottage like house. I think the uncle was her mother's brother. She meets another guy over there who's very kind looking and supposedly this guy's been living with the uncle for a while now. I think she also sees some rope/abuse marks on this guy. He uncle forbids her from going to a room/basement but she goes there at night out of curiousity only to see the guy tied up, assuming the uncle's crack in the head and abusing/torturing him. She gets scared and runs away.
Few years into the future, he uncle comes looking for her again in that black car of his. She asks about the other guy and I think he's dead. She agrees to go back to the cottage with her uncle knowing that she'll be put to the same treatment the guy had go through. (but she willingly made the decision.)
The story also had to do something with her mother.
I'm sorry if I got the details wrong by I'd really appreciate if some one helps me. It's been on my mind for a long time.

I accidentally found it and its Haru ni kaeru, a yaoi.
Idk why I thought it wasn't BL and now that I re-read it, it would've been better off as a straight manga.
