What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Split personality swordsman manga

Some time ago I read a manga about a world where swords are common everywhere. The main character has a sword from his father i think and a split personality which is an extremely capable swordsman, does anyone know it's name?
