What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Recommendations for a story where the guy is not as innocent as he seems. Where the girl thinks the guy is extremely innocent / nice / gentlemanly and he turns out the opposite (either for the better or worse: ie: the geek is actually a bad boy who is a god at sex OR the nice guy is actually a pervy rape-type guy).
