I don't want to go into great detail...but it's really cathartic for me to read stuff like Bitter Virgin (female lead was abused, reacts badly to all men). I can't find anything else that isn't kinda trite and silly where the female lead blurts out her secret in a fit of anger in the first chapter to the guy she eventually gets together with, like Asa Mo Hiru Mo Yoru Mo.
TL;DR psychological manga where female lead has PTSD/trauma about men?

Yume de Aetera - Nagisa has a fear/hatred of men throughout the story.

Working!! - I think the girl who's in a relationship with the main guy had a fear of men.

You might like the webtoon My Beautiful World. The female lead has trauma from abuse by her teacher. She's not just afraid of men, though. She fears getting close to others as friends too.

It's kind of similar to Bitter Virgin in that:

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The male lead already knows about her past even though she believes he doesn't know.

Definitely check out "Mars." IT is one of my top favorite manga's of all time. It's about a girl named Kira who was previously abused and is now very shy and quite in school. She is an aspiring artists and devotes all her time to her art. Somehow she attracts the attention of the hottest guy (and motorcycle rider) in school, Rei. This is very opposites attract but is SSSOOOOO great! Plus the artwork is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
