Hi,

I m looking a Manga (Preferably a Shoujo) where the protagonist suffers (i don't care if is physical or psychological), betrayal, unrequited love, bullying, Blackmail... even rape.

Would be nice with a romance, specially if the guy treats her badly ( not those love/hate comedy more like she is like a toy for him).

"Life" and "Inochi" can fit but not much romance in them

So you want trash?

Hot Gimmick

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Main guy treats her like trash throughout the entire manga. I'm usually for main girl/main guy, but in this case I wasn't. The guy she should have ended up with becomes a monk. People were so disappointed she ended up with that piece of shit, the author wrote a LN alternate ending where she ends up with the guy she should have ended up with.

Cross and Crime

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Main Girl is dating the main guy. He's friends with the leader of this band she loves. The band leader is obsessed with the guy. While they have drinks, he tells his bandmates to brutally rape her. Eventually it gets to the point where the band leader guy rapes her. She's raped/gang raped multiple times and she starts to enjoy it. The main guy disappears halfway through and it becomes about her falling in love with the band leader who becomes a main guy.

Already read "Life" (got a love/hate relation with this manga) gonna check Inochi, thanks.

Maybe you would like The Pale Horse (Korean webcomic, so technically not a manga but whatever). The main character suffers a lot psychologically, but she also harms others quite often, so she's not a blameless victim or anything. Basically every character in the story struggles a lot and it's unclear who is "bad" and who is "good", and they are all very complex and realistic (even though the story itself is fantasy). Especially bullying, betrayal and unrequited love play a big role in the story. It's very dark though (as you might expect) and kind of depressing, but also really addicting and has (dysfunctional) romance in it.
But it's really good! Definitely one of my favorites. And the art is gorgeous too. If you decide to read it, don't be fooled by the first couple of chapters. It gets serious real fast...

I want a victim, but this seems interesting.

Sadly, most of the manga about this theme are trash sad , the only reason that despair is showeed is just to put a random tragic past or a tale about Self-improvement, i heard that in hentai there is a lot a unfair traits but i don't like hentai.

Started to read it but the MC is so stupid that you can't care less about her, I liked the overall plot, but couldn't stand the main girl/guy.

With that cover the girl seems like she enjoy that ****, without despair there is no fun, i will give a try but seems very explicit for my taste.

Happy! is not exactly what you are looking for but the Title is extremely misleading! I honestly felt bad of the MC.

I'm assuming that you mean works where the suffering is significant to the work rather than incidental, and I'll also assume you mean works from a female perspective (I'll avoid GL, since your post implied a preference to reading about heterosexual relationships, if any). Yes, it is hard to find decent works where the protagonist suffers; I understand the sentiment. I think I can provide a few names, although not where the male lead is a complete jerk (that's not to my taste). There's Life, Akatsuki no Yona, Madame Petit, Haru no Noroi, Nemurenu Ou ni Sasagu Yogatari, Rasetsu no Hana, Hana no Namae, and Toriko no Toriko. There's also Replay (TACHIBANA Yutaka), if you enjoy oneshots. Basara probably counts. For the non-shoujo, there's Chang Ge Xing, Gunslinger Girl, Bitter Virgin, and Shion no Ou. I hope these help.

How has no one mentioned Skip Beat! yet? Shou is, so far, an unredeemed asshole to Kyouko. And thats not even starting on her mommy issues.

Seconding the recommendations for Bitter Virgin and Akatsuki no Yona.

In Dame na Watashi ni Koishite Kudasai the idiot pretty much knowingly lets herself be taken advantage of and suffers for her own stupidity and desperation.

Its not a female, but Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan has quite a lot of suffering inflicted on the MC.

Thats as far back as Im going in my reading history. Im sure i could have found more.

I've read as many of these as I could find for myself and I'll share the titles I can remember. Hopefully it's what you are looking for. If I think of more I'll share them.

Ibitsu Renaikan
Summary: Twisted by lack of affection, young master Hinoto constructed a manor that lies somewhere between life and death. There, he awaits the destined young lady who will love him.

Visukiisu no Akai Ningyou
Summary: Mary is hired as a laundress at castle inhabited by a mad Earl who is obsessed with making her become his doll.

Kuroneko Renai Kumikyoku
*This has several stories in it but the one I recommend is "Midsummer's Silver Dream / Manatsu no Gin no Yume". I don't see a summary for it but I can give a brief summary.
Summary: A girl who wants to die meets a vampire who wants her to live?
