I've been looking for a manga for a while now, it’s about a guy who goes to high school and is the best in class and he's humble on the outside (but you see that it’s a fake personality and he does everything to keep his image the best). On his way home an old man does the kids prank Kanchō on him, he gets angry and follows. he catches the old man, who explains that he have to do the prank on 100 guys or the the city will be destroyed and he needs 1 more in 10 seconds or a meteor will hit the city. MC doesnt believe him but looks up to see a giant meteor in the sky about to hit - in desperation the MC Kanchō's the old mans ass and the meteor disappears. the old man is amazed over the fact that the mc could see (and prevent) the meteor and explains that he is gods prophet i believe it was and he has to do everything described in an app on his phone or the city will be destroyed and that the power is passed on. The app is now in the MCs phone and he’s stuck with it because the old man loses his memory somehow. He doesn’t believe it until the next day when he gets to school and i believe his first quest is to kiss a girl in his class for a total of 10 seconds within the school day.
its quite a while ago so its most likely published (or translated at least) after 2010.
