What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

There was a manga I was interested in a couple months ago when I had started my trek through cross-dressing. From what I remember the story centered around a delinquent who is sent to a new school. Whoever when he is preparing for school he is given the female uniform. If anyone has any manga with that start I would be grateful if you shared it with me. Thanks in advance ;3

Maybe Reversible!, I can't remember now whether he was a delinquent or not, but there was some reason along those lines behind our mc getting shipped off to a new school.
