What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Manga where guys sees his dog as a human

Read this years ago, can't remember the name.

The guys girlfriend left him and he doesn't take it well. But since she left he starts seeing his dog as a human only when they're in his apartment and nobody else is around. Than eventually his neighbor or his boss maybe has him watch his cat and the cat is human too.

If anyone thinks they may know this one let me know I may be able to think of a few more details to help you remembering
