Okay... So if you're as crazy as I am about Fairy Tail (watched all episodes, ovas, one of the two movies, etc... at least 8 times), then you might be thinking the same thing as me: IT'S TOO SOON

I get it, the series is on the loger side. But the plot to Fairy Tail is just detailed enough to make it interesting no matter how long it lasts.

I do have to say, though, that this is a good final arc. I don't think there's any possibility of the story continuing after this one. But I am still super sad about the countdown to the final chapter...

Does anyone feel the same?
ALSO. What are your opinions on the development of the series in general?

At least for me, it feels like the manga is ending on the artist's own terms and not as a result of the manga suddenly getting axed. If Mashima Hiro wanted the manga to go on for a little longer, he likely wouldn't have had the final battles between Zeref and Acnologia take place at essentially the same time. But since this is the way he did, he's pretty much stating that this is pretty much it as far as FT's main issues go.

So, this manga is headed for a nice, smooth landing. And that pleases me greatly.
