What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

The manga was about a Male protagonist who was almost killed by his parents as a child so later when he grew up he went to kami sama as a offering to kill him self but he asks her to marry him. I think the god had white hair and red eyes. Also the main character had a sister who was a brocon.
