I'm trying to remember a certain manga. It was a highschool I think.

The guy was walking down the halls and he felt light headed and puke on a dude who was trying to help him. When the guy awoke the other guy said he owes him a new school uniform. Afterwards he met the dude and the dude gave him food. The last thing I read the first guy got hurt at a construction site. I want to read it again but I'm not sure what it's called.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
