Don't remember much about this manga, but it's been driving me crazy
A little into the manga the girl (model or an idol) loses a bunch of weight and when having sex the guy notices and stops what he's doing... She wonders why and (I believe) compares herself to another girl wondering if it's because she has something that she doesn't. May be harlequin, but not sure
