Didn't go.
The brilliant student council of my HS set the prom date on the same day as the biggest and most important biology competition for HS seniors.

I did (I mean the 8th grade prom- we get a 8th grade and a senior prom...we count that as a prom too anyways) and I had alot of fun- I took alot of pictures of my friends, discovered that I'm really good at taking said pictures, saw people pretending to be dead drunk and my teachers who were actually dead drunk and alot more.

Plus it was outdoors and we had a huge yard available, so I didn't get in contact much with my fake-drunk classmates nor did I end up reeking of cigarettes. Actually it was more of a night with my friends, I barely stayed inside at the dance at all.

I didn't go to my prom. I had to stay back a year so I wasn't in the mood to go. The 2nd prom, I didn't go either because I knew even less people then since the previous year's people were already graduated before me. I don't regret it since I'm not much for partying and mingling with people.

No. I'm extremely stingy, and spending that much money on a single events (that takes place on one night only) seems absurd to me.

Yes, I did. I spent the time with my friends, getting closer with some. It wasn't anything great, just a party with the people from school. But if I didn't go, I think I'd regret it, since I wouldn't have the chance to see what was that all about.

I went~~~ Though we didn't call it a "Prom" but rather "Grad Dinner Dance" but same thing I guess.

Actually, I was planning NOT to go but my sisters kept saying "No!! Go!! You'll regret it!!!" and they shoved makeup on me so I went to the dance and it was fun. Though, mind you, I didn't dance AT ALL. I just sat there and watched people make fools of themselves O_O. The Limo was fun (ahaha); I swear like 90% of the day's fun was just being in the limo XD. I don't think I would've regretted it if I didn't go though --- there wasn't anything THAT special.
