This is weird, I will wait a little to see if i will sign it. I don't get why he needs a bread. confused

I don't know why he needs a bread but I know why he needs a beard. I am a bearded fellow, and people tend to shun those with a face full of hair and dismiss us as hobo's and such. If a president were to wear a beard, it would be the first step in facial hair equality in this country.

No longer will we be looked down upon at job interviews! No longer will we get funny looks when we go into a candy store! No longer will we be assumed to be a hobo! Vote for the beard not for its supreme stylistic quality and practicality, but for the equality of bearded men and women everywhere.

OBAMA BEARD '08!!

We only advocate that Barack grows a beard. We are not trying to get people to vote for him. However, we do believe that if he were to grow a beard as we suggest, his popularity would increase.

If Obama decided to grow a beard, wouldn't all the ignorant people in USA go like "OMG he's a secret muslim" and what not? roll eyes

Only if people ask you to. Obama will generate popularity among younger voters who think his positive response to such a trivial request is kind of cool.

Americans who already think he's a muslim will continue to think he's a muslim. But the fact is that most people in the US aren't that ignorant.

Once again, this isn't a movement based on his candidacy for president. It is for the beard. Nothing else.

being bearded myself and having a bearded president, one that did much in the ways of beard promotion in my country, i fully understand and encourage your petition...no country should be led by nonbearded people.

That and possibly make him loose popularity with the older people who think it was silly to change the image of a countries (possible) future leader for such an obscure reason. More likely however, it really won't affect his standing (especially since younger voters are also notorious for not voting). Who cares though, beards are awsome
