Yeah, I'm looking for manga that is somehow like From Far Away or Anatolia Story in length and story where the heroine is transported into another world/dimension... However, I would like to not have harem and a story and heroine that is Fushigi Yuugi-like. I'm not too sure Thanks guys.

saver- very good story but very sad (definately NOT fushigi-like).
the bride of the water god- kinda qualifies, she does get transported to another world.
edit: forgot Land of Silver Rain!- although it's kinda opposite to the first two.

Basara is excellent. It's not really about girl transported into another world. But it's 20 vols + and seriously seriously good. (Don't judge by front cover and initial art, it's gets so much better!)
Vampire Game is good even if the heroine is not transported there...

7 Seeds by Tamura Yumi (the mangaka of Basara). Groups of people are awoken in a world that is very different from their original world. The stories focus to one group to another. I've read until volume 10 and now am really curious how the mangaka will pull it off. Some of the stories are really touching.

Eh if you liked Red River then you'd love Basara too. It's not really transported anywhere but it's a great manga.
