I'm looking for a manga that there is a girl who is destined for some person, but there is somebody getting in the way of the destiny of the girl.

Andddd... there was another one too, i started reading it a while back but can't remember the name. It's based on a lord/emperor from history a few hundred years back who was a playboy and cursed for it (because of how poorly he treated his destined love.) Therefore history decided to make her forever out of his reach, yet always in his sight... Or something along those lines. If I remember it i'll post here, or if someone else happens to know what i'm talking about... bah.
