I've read Twilight, New Moon, And Eclipse and am currently
waiting for Breaking Dawn to come out in August. What I'm
not waiting for is the movie. The entire cast is all wrong and it
anger's me to no end. Robert Pattinson just CAN'T be
Edward! He isn't that sexy and he doesn't even have the right hair
color and Kristen Stewart as Bella? Please -.- She is too tall, isn't
even pale, and looks like she's on crack or something. Now this is
just my opinion but I just hate the entire cast. None of them fit at
all. They should just leave the books alone and not bother making them
into movies. It's how some great books get ruined. They get turned into
horrible films >.>

I agree along with many others I'm sure, but as we all know, no matter what, we're all gonna end up watching the movie one way or another.

I absoluty love all three books and I am really looking forward to the fourth book!

I'm not really looking forward to the movie though. I agree, I don't really think a lot of the actors are what I had in mind exactly. I've seen the preview but it just isn't exactly how I pictured it to be.

These books are unbelieveably amazing and I don't really think the movie will be able to compare. Of course I'll go see it but I'm not really expecting much. I hope I'm proved wrong though!

I don't think I can bring myself to go and see
the movie. I've seen previews for it as well and
read the Entertainment Weekly that had it on
the cover but it didn't change my opinions about it.

I mean if it ever comes on tv in the future I
might watch it but I most likely won't.

Ditto,

I've seen some of Kristen Stewart's other movies and she seems a little...iffy (? not sure what the right word is...) in her roles.

Robert Pattinson is okay but not drop dead gorgeous as described in the book...

But I'm not going to totally bash the movie unitl I see it.

I love the books, and as everyone else is I'm sure, looking forward to Breaking Dawn. (Not too much longer now!)

I'm looking forward to the movie with a 'it better be damn good' sort of threat towards it XD

Yeah...RPattz isn't really fit for Edward (I just don't find him very attractive), but I'm willing to give him and the rest of the cast a chance.

I'm trying not to, but when they come out with stuff like the EW Twilight cover, I can't help but be a bit taken aback...

THANK YOU!
God, finally.
I'm not the only one who thinks Robert Pattinson portraying Edward is just plain wrong.

I have nothing against the guy... but seriously, he doesn't fit the Edward in my imagination. Then again...never mind.

Waiting to see Breaking Dawn though the excitement is low. I guess it lost its spark after a while...

Still gonna see the movie though. mad

I've read all the books (and am somewhat of a fanatic..) and I'm actually eagerly anticipating the release of the movie, though mostly so I can critique all the parts it changed from the book.

When I first heard Robert Pattinson was playing Edward, I thought he was too ugly for it to work, but after I saw the trailer, I've changed my mind. He does a really good job acting that it almost makes up for the fact that he's not Edward-esque in looks. However, Kristen Stewart doesn't look like Bella and can't act, so I think she's all wrong for the part. I dunno about the other actors (though the guy who plays Emmett is very attractive.. xD)

I'm really excited for Breaking Dawn. I'm even more excited for Midnight Sun though... Edward's PoV will be... interesting. =p

Someone that understands!! Rob just isn't Edward. He isn't ugly, but he's no Edward, who's supposed to be drop dead gorgeous. And Kristen, I've seen the previews, she doesn't really act the part of Bella as she's portrayed, she seems like an outcast in the trailer. The cast isn't right, the only one that was right was probably Carlisle.

argh.
I love Twilight.
New Moon was okay.
Eclipse was a slight nuisance -_-
and... I HATE the casting for the movie.

Robert Pattison is U-G-L-Y even after all that make up.
Kristen Stewert in no way appears clumsy and fragile as Bella should.

My perfect Edward -> Gaspard Ulliel
My perfect Bella -> Emily Browning.

It's nice to see that most people dislike the
cast as well. Robert Pattinson should have just
been happy being Cedric in Harry Potter and
Kristen Stewart should have been happy in what
other movies she was in and quite possibly ruined.

They really could have tried to find a cast more suitable
for the movie. I guess they just didn't care

Also I don't think I could see Emily Browning being
Bella either .-. She just seems.....not right? I don't think
there is any girl in the world that could be Bella.

As for Edward.....I think your right about Gaspard Ulliel
xD He would have made a much better Edward

Gaaah!

I just watched a few clips of this (I am a huge fan of the entire series)... and it looks dreadful! There is absolutely no chemistry at all between robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart! And they are just not very good actors =_= And... I don't think it'll follow the book (but what movies based on books actually do? T_T)...

I thik Gaspard would have been major eyecandy ;D And he just has that mysterious and slightly deadly... aura... almost to him!! I don't particularly hate Robert Pattinson for playing Edward - he's just good enough I guess... but Kristen Stewart... UGH!
