Found this on myreadingmanga, it was unfinished last I read, but I can't remember the title and I'm hoping to see if there had been any updates recently. It's about 3 boys living in a church with a tonne of adopted kids, and lately boys have been missing but the head nun (evil) says there were adopted to good families (but they were actually sold off - those with black hair), later the nun wants to split the boys off they wouldn't sign the papers. One night the black hair boy of the group goes to the toilet and gets kidnap and the two boys later agreed to be adopted off to other places or countries and vows to get their friend back and meet up again
