Okay so... my site is a relatively new so we are trying to find people who could work for us.
Fire&Ice scanslation group is recruiting:

Japanese translators
Chinese translators
Editors (preferably with Photoshop, GIMP, or something similar)
Proofreaders/Quality Checkers

We are just starting out, and we are taking suggestions what on manga/manhwa to translate, but we are going to do mainly SHOUJO stuff.
