And what would happen if they could be broken. What odd paradoxes and conundrums can you noodle out?

Gravity. There, broken. None of the laws describe why gravity works.

Newtons Law of Universal Gravitation?

I was speaking more to 'If I could travel through time... blah blah blah' or 'if I could become really really hot...(i.e. hotter than supernova) blah blah blah' or 'If something could reach absolute zero...blah blah blah' and what have you.

Well yea that makes sense, but if you combine Gravity with other forces that have been proven true (Electromagnetic, strong nuclear, and weak nuclear forces) Gravity mathematically shouldn't exist... that broken enough for yah confused

I think that if you could travel through and time and meet yourself in a different time period, if you were to touch one another, both of you would explode like antimatter, and rip a hole in space time, dooming the reality.

Time travel FTL.

Gravity actually works with Electromagnetic forces.

You could also say that the existence of Gravity disproves the existence of the strong and weak nuclear forces. Neither works in the opposite's system/environment, so they do not disprove each other. However, by trying to find a universal law connecting these forces, many mathematical anomolies occur, making it extremely difficult to find this empirical law.

Anyway.

If you apply a bastardized version of Quantum theory to your time travel conjecture, you can assume that such an occurrence has happened.

Uhhh, we know that gravity works, and how to calculate it... But we don't know WHY it works.

Don't really care for all this physics mumbo-jumbo.... but if breaking the laws of gravity allowed me to fly, pull more Gs in a corner or jump higher on my MX bike.... then joy-to-the-world!!

Of course, the valves in engines would move faster, giving higher rpm, enabling them to sound even more bitchin.... Sorry.... my mind's starting to wander.

i thought this was a "what if" discussion, not a "these things don't work together" thread...
