I don't love it but I don't hate it either. It's a peaceful country, there aren't many natural disasters or dangerous animals so it's good to live in. But the economic and political system is very messed up so it's not that good.

I do love my country Puerto Rico, even with all it's flaws. I've lived here all my life and I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. I know we are just a point in the map, but everytime I see our flag and people representing our country in things as big as the Olympics and Miss Universe, I feel so proud of belonging here.

I did love my country untill about 5 years ago when sweden went the same way as the rest of europe, right wing crazy bastards that thinks empathy is something bad and cant understand what taxes are for (and a lot of racist bullshit). Not to mention that are choices has narroved from several different parties to 2 coalitions, so I guess democracy has lost its value everywhere. I miss the old socialist sweden alot and pray that people will get there shit together before the next election.

I love it....
But I'm afraid I won't in the near future.
My country is one of the wealthiest in the world, foreigners are taking advantages of how my country accept them easily and offer them the best jobs and living opportunities. And many problems are happening because of that.... and in some companies they started to favor them over us, the local people the true owners of the land and the ones who deserve it. Also, they are spoiling things! for example, foreigners teachers are doing horrible things in the education field! They are forcing the students to give them money, so they will pass. And some of them come and steal.

I'm not some crazy patriot, but I do love Canada. It's such a beautiful, open and free place. Mountains, deserts, glaciers, forests, lakes... I love the wilderness of my country. I also love that we don't have too much crime, the people are generally friendly, and that overall we aren't an ignorant nation.

But I hate that a lot of us are spoiled. We don't know what we have, so we don't know we're losing it. I wish we were more protective of the environment and didn't take advantage of our resources of oil and water, and not effectively using options like hydro, wind and solar.

I like my country..

It has a (long)(<-- kind of?) and interesting history, it has a lot of different cultures, health care is good, education is good, it's quite small, and a bit crowded. People can say what they think, though that can give problems.

I like our culture, manners and lifestyle. My country is quite open minded and that suites me well. The language is hard but I like it anyways.
There are some bad things, but nothing is perfect in this world.

One of the things I'm proud of, is that our country tries it best, and has played important roles in the history of the world we know. For me, this country has given me an open future.

I'll probably travel over time, but this is the place I'll always return to.

#2 beautiful nature
#3 our traditions and i mean we REALLY do have traditions, real ones
#4 our folk songs and dances unique^^
#5 our song and dance festivals/celebrations(it's a must see, this year i was also part of those more than 30 000 people that got to be in it, dream come true^^)
#6 so is our language
#7 our country actually does have a shape and it's a nice one, like butterfly or smt
#8 we have all seasons: winter, spring, summer, autumn ---> so, we know what's it's like(more or less) everywhere in the world, we see the whole year in it's beauty
#9 we have the best hockey fans
#10 because it's my fatherland/motherland

and wanna know why i dislike government...?cuz they're selfish bastards who think only of themselves and dont care about the country and people at all, only how to get more money in their pockets

I kinda like where I live. At least, when I compare it with other countries that are down right shit. (like Pakistan)
There's plenty to hate though.
The current government is a bunch of retarded scum. (first claiming to want to invest in an intellectual economy, then cut massive costs on all higher education)
Music produced here makes my ears bleed.
Too many people are retarded (but I guess that's a universal constant.)
TV shows suck monkey balls.
Local food is inedible.
Too many people are getting xenophobic.
The fact that there still is somethign as stupid as freedom of religion in the constitution. (scrap it and count religion as freedom of speech, jackholes)
And i could go on for a while.

I like the diversity.
The relative freedom to live and act as I like.
That a large percentage of the population isn't religious.
Healthcare is pretty decent, though for how long is another matter (scum government.)
That I don't go into a giant debt for going to a university, again for how long this lasts is another matter.
That I could drink alcohol when I turned 16.
That I can smoke weed if I want to, even though I have no desire to.
Public transportation that does a pretty decent job most of the time.

Kind of hard to answer this question just because my mother/fatherland is Kurdistan (which is not a country anymore) so I should say Kurdistan from Iran. But right now I live in Sweden.

But I can just say that those three are my countries.
I don't love my countries. Because I like all countries (in the world) equal. And there are bad thing as much as good things in each country. So I'm neutral on this. But I don't hate it. I more into the liking side. (^_^)
