What I'm exactly looking for is a forbidden love relationship between good and evil like in Superior or Masca. I'm a bit picky about the style...so no old school manga please. ^^

Vampire Game kind of (one sided love).
Chrno Crusade sort of, he's a demon and she's a nun, but he's not evil anymore.
Kurozuka sort of again.

Basilisk (not sure if you could call that good versus evil... more like two families who are enemies...)
Romeo x Juliet (same as Basilisk, though)
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne (kind of)
Are you okay with smut? In that case I suppose you could try Akuma Na Eros (it's not exactly good versus evil, but a girl torn between an angel and the devil....)
