Yeesh, I picked a bad time to pick up this series again. I forgot how obnoxious the cliffhangers could be. I doubt the rape will go through considering all the other fakeouts/near misses the series has had. Still, Tsukune apparently needs more than just beatings to teach him to take what's in front of him already.

Two girls who need him to survive/reproduce, two more girls who don't mind if he cheats and one weak willed girl who could be lead by a jig and a song. Screw fidelity. He's setup for the most awesome six way ever and all he can do is muster nose bleeds. Most pathetic male lead ever.

Especially in this case. Sadly that wonderful scenario only seems to happen in hentai. The only other harem manga (outside of hentai) so set up for a multi girl happy ending is Girl Saurus and the only reason that doesn't happen is because of his gynophobia.

Hopefully the damn arc will resolve soon and something more concrete would occur. It's likely just wishful thinking but him going into a temporary and/or open baby making relation at the end of this arc with Ezomori would definitely add some fun character into the story.
