Wow, I'm really surprised by this thread. When I read the question I thought that everyone will answer "color". Why should a dream be b/w? But obviously for some of you this is really the case.

My dreams always have natural colors. And most of the time I dream about absolutly normal but bad things: Missing the bus was the my standard dream in school time. Until today its the same pattern: When I have to do something important in the future, then in one of the nights before I dream about forgetting it/messing it up. Those dreams are always realistic.

Well, there was one exception. One very beautiful (and in the end erotic) dream I wish I never had woken up from. Just thinking about it gives me a nice feeling. And it was in color, too.

Always color but it is usually a dark environment. Sometimes, during brighter dreams it is a monotone though. The only time my dreams are really bright is when I'm about to wake up.

Like 70's film stock? Low contrast... I think thats kind of like mine really.

But the brightness is higher than normal, so it's not all dark like low contrast usually is.

If you see color, and not only black and white, I think it counts as color.

Color, .. (All of my Dreams I can remember anyhow...), however, except for one or two dreams, the color is generally sort of washed out, like thin water color, and in darker, earthy tones, but yeah, its in color. XD

For other details, my dreams are generally a mixture of the first and third perspective, although I occasionally have dreams in just the first person perspective. For the mixture ones, I'm me in the dreams, but I'm far away, looking at my back, like a video game.. XD

I dream in colors which are mostly pastle, like looking at an old photograph. But most of the time I wouldn't know because my dreams are often darkly lit.

I dream in color...usually my dreams are something trivial like dreaming about myself watching tv or having a conversation with someone...weird thing is that they actually happen sometime between the next day or a week after the dream...That's why I always get the feeling of deja vu...

Same here. Though sometimes I think that it happens first and then I think that I dreamt it. Confusing.

My dreams always feel as if it's really happening (like when a monster's chasing me) so it's vivid.

I usually dream in color...but sometimes they concentrate on a specific color. Few nights ago, I dreamed about a house in a mountain (I have a lot of dreams like that) and the colors were mostly bluish...like light blue, navy, cerulean, sea-green (except that's more green than blue *shrug*). I was still able to tell that the grass was green and flowers were red, yellow, and so on, but it was as if I was looking through a blue filter.

Many different colors. Unless I'm having a nightmare, then the colors are monochrome.
