According to the author's blog, he is planning to start the series again, so we can continue from that cliffhanger at the end of volume 2~ I'm pretty excited to see the series continue.

No word yet on specifics (I imagine it'll continue in Dragon Age, where it was before, but when it'll start again, no clue) but it's great news anyway.

A translation of his journal entry:

Quote
The tankoubon for Alice no Hyakudo CC comes out today. I hope you enjoy it.

Also, about Iinari! Aibration, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long. I'm preparing to renew its serialization.

It's been a whole year since I stopped serialization of it, but now I want to see it through to the end. I'll fill you in on the particulars later (as soon as it's all settled?).

I haven't yet shown everything I want to in Iinari, so I want it to wet itself dry perfectly without any regrets! Even if it kills me.

I hate to double post, but...

It's now confirmed on the author's website the series will renew serialization in the April issue of Dragon Age, which is on shelves March 9. I'm looking forward to it. smile

EDIT: Uhh... oops. >_> It's the May issue which is on sale April 9 which will have it. Here's the ad this info is from:

I get the feeling no one but me is ever going to post in this topic... >_>

Here's a preview page for Iinari! Aibration included in this month's Dragon Age. It's basically just a series introduction/recap to prepare readers for next month when it starts up again.

Well the new chapter is out, and it was mind-blowing. The series is officially off hiatus!

Great to know! I enjoyed this manga and am glad to see it back up and running. Hopefully one of the scan groups picks it back up soon.

It kind of hurts to see such an amount of disinterest. Well, personally, I did not really like the theme but it was well executed enough to keep me interested and although the hiatus did not make me sad I am glad it has returned to life.

"Enter Shizukuishi, a pants-wetting girl that literally fell into the lap of a boy named Kouki Murakami while he was visiting a robot maid exposition...." - first 3 lines from the description are enough to drive any potential reader off... And you guys wonder why nobody reads this?

"Things start rolling the wrong direction after Kouki ends up licking Shizukuishi's urine..." - well fuck me... Can it get any better than that?

"But wait, Shizukuishi has a seal for an ancient destructive giant within her womb..." - Okay, so it is basically like My Balls but with a girl who wets herself, protagonists that lick her pee and a bunch of cliche situations from what I can gather.

I'm judging or anything, I might even read this if I ever run out of every single other alternative cry (I know I would), but it doesn't really strike me as a surprise that this isn't very popular.

Well yeah, the concept makes it so people don't want to read it (maybe a rewrite of the synopsis is in order), but it's actually a rather fun series if you have an open mind and don't go into it thinking EWW THIS IS GROSS IT'S GONNA BE TERRIBLE because it's supposed to be gross, and that's where the humor comes from. I'm not surprised more people don't read it, but I am slightly disappointed so few people are willing to give it a shot. The first two volumes were top-sellers in Japan (I think the first volume reached second in book sales on Amazon), so the actual content of the series must appeal to some kind of person out there.

It's worth noting the series started at around the same time as My Balls, so unless that aspect was a last-minute change to the plot (which I doubt, since the "NO SEX" aspect is fairly major, and plays out very differently than My Balls) the similarity is a coincidence. It's really not like My Balls at all. I can't say I've read anything quite like this actually, except the other series by the same author. It's like one of those gross adult gag manga, but toned down severely (it's actually quite restrained, all things considered), and with some slight (SLIGHT) substance to the characters.
