What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Check out the series list for the new manga magazine "comic blade brownie" (awful awful name)

Yes, it is restarting. Another manga that is restarting in Comic Blade Brownie is:
