Maybe the other Nana is pregnant with Ren's baby and she left him because he reminds her of Ren and it hurt to much.
That would explain: 1) Why Nana dissapears 2) Why Reira likes little Ren so much and only sings for him 3) Where little Ren gets his music talent. 4) Why Ren is with Takumi and doesn't seem to miss Hachi.

That would make thw older taller Shin that keeps calling Hachi Mum, really Hachi's first child, who is named after Shin because something bad happens to him as well.

lill ren.. i think he is older than hachi's daughter, so if this is how it is.. theres no way lill ren is nana's son...
and ren was going to name hachi's son he said was gonna be the name of a flower... since hachi had a boy they named him ren......??

uhmmm the baby's for sure takumi's. with takumi's personality, theres no way he could adopt a baby when he has one already.
i dunno but i get the feeling that hachi might have twins. LOL. sounds rertarded but its a possibility. cuz i dont think theres a way for hachi to get pregnant again in a short matter of time especially with the stuff that happened prior to that. its prolly little ren is the first born by minutes or seconds thats why satsuki calls him oniichan...

moreover, in the story theres no one pregnant before or at the same time with hachi. if satsuki calls lil ren oniichan, i couldn't think of anyone but lil ren is also hachi's son. ren died march 4th and hachi's baby's due at the end of april of that year, if lil ren's the oniichan, then it figures which son is he.

Ren is definately Reira's and Takumi's son, he got the same hair as she does.
Just read Chapter 70 and you'll see it.
1st Reira is with him at the park, and then there's takumi reaction when hachi hasked him on phone about "Ren", which referred to the little ren, but covered by the old rens picture in the back.

Yeah but if he's Reira and Takumi's son then Satsuki should be older and shouldn't call him Onii-chan.

Lil Ren is Takumi and Hatchi's son, because when she had the ultrasound the doctor was going to tell her what the sex of the baby, which mean the doctor could see what the baby was. He even tells her that if the first one is a boy they can have a girl second. Also he looks like a little nobu, he even does carries his guitar around like nobu. We do not know how far in the future all we know it the little girl is six so lil Ren could be 10 and 12 years old he is just short( like nobu :haha or hatchi). Which is why Takumi wanted to hire a babysitter

Remember how Shin asked Hachi few chapters ago what about Ren and is it okay for Hachi to leave him alone? And when she talked that she wanted to give him a name with a meaning of a flower?(the same as Satsuki) But couldn't think of anythink other than "Ren"?

The question is how is that she ended up with two children after Takumi did what he did...

I think that Hachi is pregnant with twins, even though Ren looks a slight bit older. I dunno, it's just what I've been thinking the entire time.

And Ren is Nobu's son and Satsuki is Takumi's daughter.
It's possible, it has happened before that a woman had twins from two different men.

Yeah that could be possible and pretty interesting but then the question would be....why would Takumi keep Nobu's son with him and leave his biological daughter with Hachi? I don't think it would be as simple as Satsuki's too energetic for him or that since he's a guy, he would want to take the son and leave the daughter for the mother to raise.

I would think Takumi knows that Ren is Nobu's, but since he wanted to be the father, doesn't want Ren to realize it or something. I think it might be the reuniting factor between Hachi and Nobu, and why Hachi demands him back every summer. I just think it's Takumi just wanting to leave a piece of himself with Hachi and not wanting her to get back with Nobu. He's kinda possessive

I had a feeling that lil' ren is hachi and nobu's son. Just wondering why did takumi marry hachi? To think he is more worried and closed to reira? Was takumi inlove with hachi?

I get the feeling Ren is Reira's son (and Takumi's). Satsuki is definitely Hachi's and Takumi's daughter, and Ren looks slightly younger than her. Maybe that's why he's living with Takumi and why Satsuki calls him "brother", since they are both Takumi's kids.
I don't think they're twins, since all the times Hachi went to the doctor, she said "the baby". Plus, there's an image of an ultrasound scanning where it can be clearly seen that there's only one baby.

So why does Reira say she should have hated little Ren If it's her own child (Chapter 74 page 16) Shouldn't a child between Reira and Takumi bring them closer? Why does little Ren call Reira by her name instead of mommy? (Chapter 74 p.13) Why does little Ren look so much like Nobu? Why is Nobu's expression appear sad when talking about little Ren staying with Takumi in England? He worries whether little Ren is still playing the guitar. (Chapter 66 pages 16-17)

i don't think that little Ren is HachiXNobu son, they both clueless and little Ren character is more like Takumi ---> smart, cold, sharp eye, etc

if little Ren is HachiXNobu son that kid must be really energetic like Hachi n Nobu.

And i think satsuki is hachiXtakumi first kid, just read chapter 74 p22 when hachi have conversation by phone with nana, hachi said that "the month of may shall be satsuki month" this is connected to the time when hachi go see doctor to confirm when she is gonna give birth. The doctor said to hachi and hachi tell takumi that she is gonna give birth in May.

And also i don't think that little ren is satsuki twins, read chapter 41 p14 the doctor said to hachi "You have been taking good care of the baby!" [that means only 1 baby], if it twins than the doctor would said "babies not the baby" to hachi. Also the doctor said that she can tell hachi if her baby is a boy or a girl, don't u think weird if the doctor can tell if it boy or girl but cannot tell that she have twins.

so my conclusion that satsuki is hachiXtakumi first daughter, and little ren is somebody else kid....or hachiXtakumi second kid.

gonna wait for the next chapter i think....
