What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

i'm starting to see the trend where every year people became happier and more hopeful as they say good bye to the previous year...i wonder when the general population will start to miss the departing year rather than rejoice at its departure...

What? The year is already over!? Well, a Happy New Year!

I'm looking forward for 2009, because this will be the year when I get a new car. I will change my Audi A3 for another one with a better engine and much more extra equipment :-)
