No, and I don't plan on too, but I've become less and less enthusiastic on reading the newer chapters. sad

It is getting boring. The author, no offend, seems to have lost her touch. I absolutely LOVED the story in the beginning. Yuuki was awesome, Zero (my fav) was superb...But lately...I've been waiting for the story to pick up. The "action and suspenseful" scenes aren't that good, I wish that the attack from Kaname's uncle or whoever finishes soon, it's not good (what was Hino thinking?). I miss the funny Yuuki and Zero moments!!! Wahhh!!! Hino, what did you do? Why kill the best manga ever!!!?? sad

BUT I STILL LOVE YUUKI AND ZERO!!!

Dropped it after 20 chapters. The art is good, but then somehow every single guy looks the same. It wasn't until when the anime came out, and all the characters had their own hair and eye colours, that I finally figured out who Ichijou was. laugh

And the manga takes itself far too seriously. I have never seen so many characters (read: Yuuki, Zero) wallow in self despair chapter in and chapter out. If it wasn't for the interesting character and motives of Kaname I'd have dropped this earlier.

I also hate prolonged love triangles.

Why would I drop it?? confused

I love how Vk is heading to, it's diverging from the typical "LOVE triangle" + Bishies + 'pairing' fanservices towards a stable dark Kaori yuki-like Plot. I've never seen such GREAT plot development eversince Hakushaku Cain Series!

Yuuki has become a MORE likable and Strong character compared to her in the early volumes of VK. The plot that heavily revolves around this so called "Zeki and Kanayuki" scenes are becoming less and clearer in the recent chapters. So yea, I have to admit that I used to Like the whole "biting scenes" and "love triangle" thing, but it's becoming too old.. srsly, why would Hino keep on dragging this whole theme untill the end?

She made the right thing of focusing on bigger issues like the whole Purebloods and Hunter themes rather than narrowing the focus solely on "LOVE triangle between two bishies" on a very indecisive heroin.... none

Personally, with this whole new twist..I'm going to keep reading Vampire Knight till the END!

I like Vampire Knight so I'm probably not going to drop it, but it was getting a little confusing by doing it chapter by chapter releases every month so I'm currently waiting for the chapters to bulk up so it will make more sense to me and I won't forgot what happened in the last chapter laugh

I won't be dropping it because I don't drop mangas unless they are trash. I like to finish what I start. I am not surprised that Zeki fans are wanting to drop it after the last chapter, but stick with it. The story is more than the triangle. There is the intrigue and humor as well. As a Yume fan, I ask Zeki fans to not drop this yet. You may still be happy at the end.

Going to drop it.

Basically now that Rido is gone (who was the most evil of all vampires) we now have a pureblood women taking over his spot.

would have liked it better if she finished the story with the Rido arc, but dragging it out with a new enemy(that awfull evil pureblood women).

Either Kaname or Zero are going to side with that pureblood, and we will have the otherone conquer Yuki for himself. (Doh)

Since you dropped VK after 20 chapters, I highly reckon you to jump off to chapter 35 of Vk and read the recent chapters..that's actually the 'TURNING POINT' of the plot. and yea, Yuuki is not that lame heroin anymore.

Bishie(s) is a short term for bishonen - meaning pretty boy or beautiful boy. Shonen means boy.

Hope that helps ^^
